 Ulysses777 is back after an 11 year hiatus. He returns unexpectedly but triumphantly with a fresh conversion of a Dizzy game: Dizzy - The Ultimate Cartoon Adventure!
This game was the first in the Dizzy series. The titular character must defeat Zaks, the evil wizard. To do this, he must collect several items and deposit them in a cauldron to create a magic potion. Since only one item can be carried at a time, this is not a trivial task.
The conversion itself is from the Spectrum version. Fans of this series (and everyone else!) is encouraged to give it a try. Be sure to comment in the forum. Enjoy! |

 You won't believe it, but Alien 8 has arrived on our beloved little machine! In this game, you control a robot whose job is to protect the cryogenically preserved passengers of the spaceship until they reach their destination. Originally developed in 1985 for ZX Spectrum, BBC Micro and Amstrad CPC, it features the "Filmation" engine, which produced groundbreaking isometric graphics for its time.
The conversion is thanks to Rod & Emu, the guys responsible for other similar games like Gunfright, Knight Lore, and Pentagram. As extra bonus, Saul Cross wrote new music for and STE’86 created a brand new title screen for the game. We also get all this in the Plus/4 version! Definitely worth a try! |
