Maybe he's a different one who entered TBL, which possibly could initially be intended as a group, then when he left, the label matched with the remaining coder (TBL). The ECO's raster intro is very similar to the same by DBC ("Double-Bit Cracking's"), even the 1551 only prods, like Bytebreaker too.
