 History | The group was formed as a successor of TTC in 1995. Chronos wanted a rebrand with a better sounding name, preferably something that starts with letter `A`, so they would be mentioned around the beginning of every greetings list. After settling on Absence inactive members (TPSH and Nigga) have been removed.
Moldi joined the new group, later Jedi and Grass also joined.
In July 2007 the remaining active members of the group merged into ACW (old page now gone http://chronos.servers.hu/acewls/) with members from WLS. They cooperated closely for about a year or so.
In 2015, the coop was ended and ACW turned back into Absence again.
