This is the manifesto of my personal Campaign for the Profile Photos (CFPP).
But before that, let's remind to the audience the main and only rule here: this is a suggestion only!, no forcing, only joking involved, so keep up with the fun if you're of the opposite opinion 
Do you have the visitors' bar active in the forum? I hope so. I love to see the daily population of the Plus/4 World's forum by watching the real faces of the scene, and adding a new 120x160px profile photo to an user here, well is source of big joy to me.
Unfortunately (for me!), not all the visitors support this point of view, and they have chosen to not showing their face here, certainly a choice which deserves to be evaluated with the maximum respect.
Hence, within the obvious area of respect and privacy, I can only bolster the case of inviting you to add a profile picture, this way enriching the visitors'bar with plenty of cool people!
You only have to send to me (I would say to Csabo too, but this is a personal request from me, not from the site mainteinance...so again: me!) a photo of you (your face, no symbols objects or weird subjects, the very you!), and I'll handle and add it.
@edhellon did you remove your photo? @Ko-Ko I still preserve that cool profile picture that you asked to keep waiting, I'm ready to add it by your permission

Several people's photos are here, e.g. Grass, Edhellon, Poison, Délest. Edhellon did remove his old photo from his page, as did Pigmy and some other folks.
In the "old days", I would have happily linked this photo to everyone's profile with a member-specific thumbnail (like I did here for Chronos, cause he won't get mad for sure)... But I guess it should be up to them if they want to add a photo, and if so, which one.

@Luca Thank you for considering me as part of the scene.
I am generally an introverted and shy person and would like to share my face on as little plattforms as possible. I consider this place as my home for many years now but i am not sure at this moment about this. Maybe if its configurable to be shown at a certain group of people.

I like to come back here and feel 11 again like I was when the C16 came to christmas. I don't want to be grounded to earth by seeing all those half-century old guys (and me). Do never destroy my imagination that I am about 16 years old and all of you - making magic in programming - are a little bit older ... 20 years or so.
Ok, but everyone should use a thumbnail instead (and I have to search for the necessary size and how to install it later ...)

I generally use a picture of Starscream from Transformers G1 on retro forums, since I'm ugly . This is a very nice one, you can crop the center and assign it to me if you want!

Not very well Since adding a profile photo is so rarely done, a proper way of uploading the photos was never implemented, it has to be added by an admin. Linking your Facebook photo would have worked - if FB allowed hotlinking (which they don't ), anyway now it's there. (I never got an email from you though, you mentioned that above.)

Yeah, that's the correct email address (it's shown on my profile page). I just double-checked the spam folder too, nothing :-/ At least the pic is now taken care of. z9leca, please try the email again, I see now reason that it shouldn't arrive.
