Stunt Car Racer is in fact mentioned right above Battle Command. All he says about Dragonwars is that "it's not ready, perhaps by the time the paper (CoV) is out(?...)" Stunt Car Racer: "I lost the disk that it was on..."

Unfortunately these are rumours only.

Revelations

In the diskmag version of CoV, released by Proky, called CoV Sun News, you can read (chapter 4) about Dragonwars and Battle Command.

At this point, I wanna know more!

On the contrary, no revelations about Stunt Car Racers.
