The above guesses by Luca and gerliczer should cover it. It might have been MicroTuned specifically.
You'll need an emulator (YAPE or Plus4Emu are the two most popular), the program files can be downloaded from here on our site. In the program (MicroTuned), press F2, then you can play the samples on the keyboard. The screen is black, and it has base + drums.

I have no idea, but it is probably there in the list on the following link: sl/302. Have a good time finding it.
P.S.: There were some other slightly similar programs like Digital Box and Digital Box II. Maybe you are looking for them.

Instruments or percussions only, just like in MicroDisco?

  Hi everyone.
I used years ago PLUS/4 for playing sounds. There was some software that I used, you could play instruments (bass, drums...) on keyboard which were pretty nice and cool. Screen was black, and you could only press keys to play. Does anybode know what was the name of the software and where to download?
  Regards.
