There are two lists one could compile. As MIK mentioned, there are many C16 classics where the official C64 original is very similar, essentially it's the same playing experience.
If I understood it correctly, the original question is about the list of games where a C16 version was later "backported" to C64; AFAIK there isn't a whole lot of these. These were mostly done for the games where the official C64 is very different.
And... since no-one tagged these in the database or collected this list yet, I guess this forum thread will be that attempt  The only other one I remember is Video Meanies, so here the "full list":
