I also need to hear him because the access to the XeO3 homepage is forbidden for me because iol.it now accept access from its own connecting only.

I'm not sure what has happened to Mike but do know in the last year he has been working on a number of emulators (not Plus4 related) on other platforms 
Maybe he needed a change. There was talk of him re-doing Minus4 but maybe the lack of intrest (because there were only a handful of us) ment it was'nt worth the time doing such a project.
Dont forget he's a dad of 2 now, full time job and inbetween coding he's doing everthing else just like we all do
