Doug, Level 1-2 of Pets Rescue. It's a great tune on this stage and I can hear all the ingredients of a spooky castle in it's theme, but listen again... It would also sound good in Icicle Works. 
Hands up for FINGERS REVENGE and the one which completed the Fingers Malone trilogy..., NEMESIS! 
Which reminds me, did you ever try Fingers Malone with only one bad guy on screen to see how it played? I was thinking a little while ago that it may of given more people a chance to see all 15 levels (as a warm-up), but once the game looped then bad guy number two came into play. Still... an awesome game.
