For the first issue, I'm pretty sure you're seeing the [ edit ] links because our host cached the pages like that. I looked at the PHP code again. There's an if statement there that adds the edit links either if it's your post or if your logged in user level is >= 8. Should not be happening according to the code, hence my guess that this is due to caching.
As for the forum help, you can find it at the top of the post page, there's lone link that should say "Forum Help". Here's the actual link: /forumhelp.php |
