I think it would be good if somebody starts it and anybody who has Plus4 related site can connect to the ring. I don't know the technical part of a webring, but I think it is not too hard.
So... who wants to be the first?

My vote goes for plus/4.org as this is the most convenient place to search for. When I first blindly checked for plus4 sites (and then found nothing) I started with www.plus4.com etc.
Besides, Mike was the first to come up with a comprehensive site...

Whaaaa... shucks... If anyone wants to set it up, and do the "door", I'll add it to my site. As long as the background colour matches, it'll fit in.
if someone does the doorway, and sends me it, we can get started! I can assign an e-mail address to whoever's going to do it, and have the mail forwarded to them... webring@plus4.org? ( or .net I guess ) whatever...
Even if someone wants to administer it on their own page, I'll set up and easy e-mail to keep it cool if ya like!
Sounds cool though!
