I just received an email from Lion. He said that they changed their network to 100MB, and he will have to install a new network card into the rulez.org server machine. Unfortunately he hasn't been able to get there yet...
So probably nothing is lost, we just have to wait.

www.rulez.org and c64.rulez org are both unreachable. However, some of the subdomains are working (e.g. http://mage.rulez.org/). Have you emailed someone yet? We should ask them what's going on. I think I should also drop all the rulez.org download links for now...
