I'm not a board game expert. These links might help: http://www.sloperama.com/mjfaq.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mahjong_solitaire http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shisen-sho IMHO we can't say something is a Mahjongg-type game using Shisen-Sho layout but rather a Chinese board game with Mahjongg tileset. Besides, it's not as easy as it seems at first, many games named Mahjongg are in fact Mahjongg Solitaire........ Look at GB64 for example.

I don't know the difference between Shisen-Sho and Mahjongg, but not finding those games via the search is a usability problem. I'm glad it came up. We should be able to easily fix it. We can either create a new game type, or add these keywords into the notes fields of the other games. Something along the lines of "A mahjongg type game, using the Shisen-Sho layout", or whatever actually makes sense. So the question is: who knows these details?

Thanks a lot. I should have asked specifically for Mahjongg, because there are many other logical games that share the tileset but have different gameplay. The ones you pointed me to are AFAIK Shisen-Sho, not Mahjongg.

Yes, there is I thought about those you mentioned, too but then I remembered that TGH made one and because of the database it was easy to find
Turn It (TGH)
Actually, this is probably the nicest one ;)

| Mahjongg & Co.
Hi! Is there any Mahjongg style game for C16/Plus4 besides Lettertile and Wu Lung? I searched for Mah-jong, Mahjongg, Taipei, Shanghai, Szechuan, Sichuan, Peking and found no others.
