  |   I can't put my finger on it....
but if I remember correctly this title was offered for sale in the United States by Tri-Micro. I cannot find the last large catalog I received from them in the Summer of 1988, but it is not listed in the previous ones I can set my hands on at this moment.
Tri-Micro did license a lot of Plus/4 and C16 software from UK distributors who did not want to go through the effort of promoting the Plus/4 versions in the US. I obtained several Bug-Byte titles from Tri-Micro on diskette this way.
Once I find the 'big book', I'll let you know.

  |   Wow!
You might even have some games available in the US only? Or games that are just not downloadable from the net yet?

  |   About downloadable games in the US:
United States copyright law allows for a copyrighted work to be protected for the life of the author plus 50 years, or 75 years from first publication in the case of a company or distributor owning the copyright.
There are some titles that were published here that may not have been released over in Europe, but they're usually text-based such as a lottery prediction program and an update to the built-in software.
My wife purchased a software title at one time that showed David Johnson as one of the programmers, and was released by a California company. When I have time, I intend to try to contact this person to see if he is the same David Johnson who wrote the Plus/4's built-in software, and if so to try to get permission to redistribute his update on the Internet for the benefit of those who could not obtain it 15 years ago.
Tri-Micro was the company founded by David Johnson and his wife to distribute computer software. They took it upon themselves to try to keep the Plus/4 alive here in the States. Most of their other software was licensed from other companies and independent authors.
But I will, when I find the 'ultimate' catalog, post a list of what they had available in 1988.

  |   Three-Plus-1 status
The status of releasing the 'update' or 'fix' to the built-in software hasn't changed. I still have not located the David Johnson in question.
However, my wife is almost ready to have a baby (our first son) so there's a lot of other stuff going on here that prevents me from spending as much time on the computer as I used to.

   |   Does anyone know if:
Jeep Command was released for the C16 ? This would of been a Bug-Byte release.
In the cover of Zargan Warrior it says "Other amazing games for your C16" and one of them is Jeep Command.
  cheers,
