Well, efforts have been taken, but the problem is that the C 364 used a custom chip (Toshiba, or something Japanese...) to decode the speech data from the speech ROM. Until you haven't figured out the decoding algorythm it is impossible to get it to work  I only know that this chip used the so-called PARCOR synthesis and you can find the schematics of the chip on FTP.FUNET.FI ... But that is beyond me
