 Introduction | The Muffbusters, hailing from Mohács, formed (most likely) in 1988. They were one of the most important and most productive teams of the Hungarian Plus/4 demoscene. During their run (until early 1991), most other demoscene members thought very highly of them. Their front-man was Mucsi (pronounced "Muchi"), a very friendly guy. Beside Mucsi, Batya (another coder) and Jeva (one of the best graphicians on Plus/4) were leading the team. They had 7 members in total.
The rumor of them ending their Plus/4 career was announced in Goonies, February 1991. After this, they only had one more demo part released in Crackers' Demo 2, which is their final farewell.
The team then moved onto Amiga. They have released a few demos and games on that platform. Jeva currently works for a Hungarian game company. |
