|The colours used for the attacking enemies in this game are picked up in 4 different ways:|
- fixed, for some characteristic foes as camels, pods and bombs;
- cycling, starting from a determined color then increasing that value for the next wave;
- pseudo-random 1, reading from ROM address $E000 to $E0FF;
- pseudo-random 2, reading from ROM address $FC00 to $FCFF.
The pseudo-random ones sometimes occur in a '05' value for color which takes an enemy to be displayed as a green hires character instead of a multicolor one. It can be green only.
It might be seen as a little bug, but looking at the C64 version, that kind of enemy can be found too, in green and in white tho, confirming that it's done on purpose.
