| | Description | There are some minor differences between the "default" and the bitpacked versions:
The bitpacked version overwrites the default BASIC color table (at $113) which causes all the text to be black (instead of black/white).
Compared to the default version, it has more basic code. From lines 7020-7140, some code appears to have been removed from the default version. This is related only to loading/saving games, so the gameplay should be identical between these two versions.
Additionally, we're looking for "Boomby Adventure Plus" / "Boomby Adventure+". This is mentioned Terror News 17 and Terror News 19. This version was modified by Rachy. Besides fixing the save function (as mentioned in the mag), Rachy also recalls that there was an intro and a custom font in his version. |
