Hidden Text
The game has the following hidden messages in the memory from $0400:

At $0800 during loading the game, after starting the code located at $0400:
PIRATING IS DESTROYING THE INDUSTRY AND IT IS ILLEGALl! SAM

At $0C00 during loading the game, after starting the message is deleted:
ANYBODY READING THIS - SHOULDN'T BE. BUT WELL DONE FOR GETTING THIS

Yo can see only this messages before starting the game code because the games uses full video and color RAM or use any emulator in runtime to see the first message.

How true.

Gameplay

On level 1, your mission is to rescue the sailor.
He's just an average guy walking around underwater.

On level 2, you have to find the pearl.
Make sure to only walk into it when it's open!

On the 3rd level, it's the mermaid you have to find.

Bonus Life
In the instructions stands "Skippy has 3 lives and is arwarded an extra life every 50000 points."

That's wrong. You recieve every 60000 points any extra life.

The instructions in the cover is for all 3 versions of the game. The 50000 points is the award for any other version?
