you can use my MEGA-ASSEMBLER for Plus/4, very easy and powerful. You can download it from ftp://c64.rulez.org/pub/plus4/Tools/Assembler/.
It has a good on-line help, info screens, etc. etc.
The info files (very detailed) are in Script+ and 3+1 formats. OK?
