Memory maps of the 264 series can be found on ftp.funet.fi (/pub/cbm/plus4).
Regarding assembly programming tutorials: The Plus4 uses a similiar processor like the C64, so the basic information of every tutorial for the 64 is equally valid. The only problem is that many an example might not work.
