To know everything (or almost), hmmm I guess that would be boring :)))
To answer the question, no I didn't knew this exactly, I knew that
$ff1a-ff1b can be used for this, but I didn't experimented with it 'till now. I would be happier if this would work also in character mode, as it would open-up some very nice oppurtunities, for example side scrolling games could have been done, without loosing to much cycle for scrolling the screen. (I think I should check Tom Thumb,
and see if they found a workaround for this or not.)

Yes, checked, it does very bad things with my monitor. :) The upper part is heavily bent 'cos of the $ff1e write, everything is black and white, VCR doesn't like it...
