That's why I joined the VICE project some 2-3 years ago, just have been working on the Win32 port before starting the Plus4 emulation part...

I made the first steps concerning the Plus4 support in the VICE project. If you are interested, here you can download the source:
ftp://ftp.funet.fi/pub/cbm/crossplatform/emulators/VICE/vice-1.5.tar.gz
It contains sources of all platforms. I started to check them.
If you want to extract the files for MSVC++ 6.0, use the "Change LF to CR/FL at tar" option of WinZIP.
Who can help to create the C16 and Plus4 emulation? Are anybody interested?
