 Re: Micro-compiler

Quote from the cover: it only has support for the 13 most important BASIC commands. in exchange it'll offer a very high speed compilation and execution. You can also mix the compiled machine code with your BASIC program.

 Re: Micro-compiler

I would lend myself for this job. But since i only have few time i'd like to ask if someone already works on this (to prevent the same work being done two or more times). So: Is anybody working on this?

 Re: Micro-compiler

There are only 13 most important BASIC commands? How do they determine which 13 are the most important? And what if *my* most important commands are WAIT, STOP, GO, and RETURN?

RTSM! (Read The Scanned Manual happy) It's on page 9. I guess Gaia didn't want to translate that part, since the BASIC instructions are in English.

 Re: Micro-compiler

Well I'll be buggered..... those commands are supported.

But it doesn't look like we can compile "chained" programs.... there's no LOAD command.

Or maybe I need to find someone to take the time to translate further?

(looking around the room, cannot find Gaia)
