I recommend that you switch to Top 100 view, Oblido still makes it to #97

Seems I should ask instead: Which are the best NTSC games??? Almost everything seems to be for PAL and runs a lot slower on NTSC....

If these games run at 40 FPS in the emulator then they mess up the clock divisor so they actually do not even run on a real NTSC machine, only the emulator has a somwhat more flexible threshold as to what it accepts as valid video signal (in other words, it has yet to be more rigorous, not only running what's possible but also not allowing to run what is impossible).
