Hmm... TLC has made a small typo in his description: you should actually tick 'Record wholewave TAP' in the 'Create TAP' dialog window (and not the other way around). Following the rest of the instructions I could indeed make a working wholewave TAP of Commando +4 with Yape 0.59. If you're still stuck I can send mine to you.
