Csabo: Well, it seems in my case the proxy address was used. It would make sense to disable IP logging for proxies, in many cases you can also get the real IP..
In general I believe it would make more sense just to activate all these tracking and msg features when you are really logged in. You could provide a permanent cookie for people who do not want to log in manually..
I see the point for anonymous msgers, but imo none of them would ever expect a reply..
