@cobbpg unfortunately, this harmful and offensive practice has been in use for several years, which I have tried to oppose by reporting this type of sales, where even just a single game was included that had no other copyrights than the author's desire to declare it freeware.
It has happened several times, for example, with ready-made cartridge compilations, violated in every way without restraint. Years ago, I had fun experimenting with the OpenC16Cart by @SukkoPera, so I released a large games compilation both on the two 64kB eproms freatured in the hardware, and in the classic 16kB eproms format too in order to make'em work on emulators, or to fit into a physical cartridge. Well, it was a damnation: the latter were abused to be copied and sold on single cartridges. Stupid morons. |
