Does anybody have practical experience with this 3 archiving solutions? (KryoFlux, GreaseWeazle, Supercard).
Looking for pros and cons.

I've been using it a bit and I'm all for GreaseWeazle.
It's cheap, open source (both SW & HW), supports a ton of formats and you can easily get in touch with its developer to get questions answered, bugs solved and feature requests implemented.
As a consequence of this, it also has a large user community that is always happy to help. Only downside is that it's on Facebook...
For Commodore stuff though, I still prefer using the ZoomFloppy (with a 1541 and/or 1571 + Parallel Cable + nibtools), as it's made specifically for that and makes some things easier.
If you feel like building both yourself, I can provide some PCBs.

I have a few disks with a few read errors maybe 10% of all disks, and hoping to get a better success rate with these as they read the disk at a lower level, hopefully with higher resolution and that could help with error correction. That's the primary reason I'm looking at them.
The secondary reason I'm looking at it, that these require a PC drive, which is cheaper and easier to source. I have a XUM1541 with 1571s, but I also have disks which can damage the drive mechanics unfortunately (be careful with Wabash disks) . I've already misaligned a 1571 read head most likely, haven't opened it yet, so I'm not sure what the damage is exactly.

Well, it's definitely worth a try then! This is the support group on FB, it's the quickest way to talk to the developer and community. You can also order the board straight from the developer from there.
