Fejlemények: A következő 10-es pakkhoz az alkatrészek a szerelő brigádnál vannak, remélem túl sokat nem kell rá várni. A listámról ezzel a 10-es csomaggal - ha tényleg kéri, aki kérte - még nem fog elfogyni az összes név, de türelem: nincs senki elfelejtve! (Legalábbis nagyon remélem!  )
Viszont ha már szóba került (ismét) a dobozolás: itt fentebb GeTE fórumtársnak volt egy ötlete, amihez kellett volna egy hibás kártya mintának. Akkor azt mondtam, hogy ilyen nem igazán lesz, mert ha valamelyikkel gond lenne, az általában javítható. Aztán eszembe jutott, hogy egy mintához talán nem kell a komplett kártya, elég lehet az is, ha csak a dimenziókat meghatározó nagy méretű alkatrészek vannak benne egy nyákban. Ehhez meg pont jó lehet az a nyák, amit a nyákgyártótól megkaptam "ajándékba": ez egy olyan darab, amin a bevonat minőségét tesztelték. (Gyakorlatilag "megúsztatták" egy ónfürdőben, hogy kiderüljön, mennyire jól forrasztható.) Ez a nyák másra amúgy se használható, így megpakoltam pár alkatrésszel:
A csip ugyan nagyon nem SID, de legalább kor- és gyártóhű.  Ennek persze semmi jelentősége, a méret miatt került bele, arra tökéletes. Ami jól látszik: a nyomtatóm elég rendesen kipurcant. De ezek már csak ilyenek. (MPS803-am nem volt, nem tudom, jobban bírták-e. ) Ezt a minta-nyákot elküldtem GeTE-nek, de egyelőre nincs még időpont, hogy a dobozzal esetleg mikor fog tudni foglalkozni a kiszemelt cég. Gondolom ha lesz róla bármi információ, azt itt a fórumban megosztja velünk.

Developments: The parts for the next pack of 10 are now with the assembly team, I hope you won't have to wait too long for it. My list of names won't run out with this 10 pack - but be patient: no one is forgotten! (At least I really hope so! )
As long as we're talking about boxing (again): fellow forum member GeTE had an idea that would have required a bad card template. Back then I said this wouldn't happen, because even if there was a problem with one of the card, they can usually be fixed. Then it occurred to me that a sample might not need a complete card, it might be enough to have only the large parts that define the dimensions of a PCB. The PCB I received from the manufacturer as a "gift" could be just right for this: it's a piece that has been tested for coating quality only. (It was practically "submerged" in a tin bath to see how well it could be soldered.) This PCB can't be used for anything else anyway, so I packed a few parts on it:
The chip is very much not a SID, but at least it's the correct age and manufacturer. Of course it doesn't matter since it's only therer because of the size, it's perfect. What can be seen: my printer is pretty much dead. But that's how these things are. (I didn't have an MPS803, I don't know if they would have fared any better. ) I sent this sample board to GeTE , but there is no date yet for when the selected company may be able to handle the box. I think if there is any information about it, he will share it with us here in the forum.
