The latest version of Firefox no longer loads YapeSDL (that's the JavaScript version of YAPE, our online Plus/4 emulator). We (myself and Gaia, the author of YAPE/YapeSDL) are aware of this and we're working on getting this fixed.
In the meantime, you can still play Blitz 16 (or any other game) online using Chrome, or some other supported browser.
Edit: this has been fixed as of 2021-12-08.
