Azt hiszem, most örülök, hogy egyelőre nem ígértem senkinek semmit. :| A nyáktervezéssel nagyjából kész vagyok már egy ideje, a programozható logika módosításai is jónak tűnnek. Csak jelen pillanatban ezt ki fogja nekem legyártani? Kérek még egy adag türelmet, remélem ez az őrület hamarosan véget ér.
@MMS: Ha már csatlakozó, én eleve nem nyákos élcsatlakozóból indulnék ki. A jelenlegi SID-kártya PCB árának a bő harmada csak a csatlakozó aranyozása, ennél csak olcsóbb megoldás van.  A flexibilis kábeles toldó nekem személy szerint nem tetszik. Én inkább olyanban gondolkozok, hogy a bővítő legyen a géphez úgy rögzítve, hogy nyugodtan tudd mozgatni az egészet. (Amibe jó lenne valamilyen "táp modult" is építeni, hogy a jelenlegi plus/4 tápot is ki lehessen váltani.) A PCIe flexibilis toldókábel egyáltalán nem biztos, hogy elektronikai szempontból jó ide. Az, hogy azon a PCIe vonalak biztonságosan működnek, az magának a PCIe interfésznek az érdeme, de ehhez nem kevés fejlesztés van bennük.

I think I'm glad now that I haven't promised anyone anything yet. : | I've been pretty much done with PCB design for a while now, and the modifications to the programmable logic also look good. Except who will actually manufacture this for me? I would like another dose of patience, I hope this madness will end soon.
@MMS: If you already have a connector, I would start with a non-PCB edge connector. A good third of the price of the current SID card PCB is just the gold plating on the connector, there are only a cheaper solutions. I personally don't like the flexible cable extension. I'd rather think of the expander being attached to the machine so you can move it all at ease. (Which would be good to build some "power module" to replace the current Plus/4 power supply.) The PCIe flexible extension cable may not be good for electronics here at all. The fact that those PCIe lines work securely is due to the PCIe interface itself, but they have a lot of improvements to that.
