A draft translation of BSZ message:
There is a plan to produce the next, 6th batch of SID-card.
"The last months were rather busy. It seems I will able to take care of the issue earliest in December, if everything goes right. As it was promised beforehand, I provide some more details in advance."
#1: One of the most important message: everyone should buy his own SID chip, BSZ cannot provide it
#2: There is a cheap component on the card, that is stopped being produced. The last 20pcs bought (right now limiting the batch), but keep looking for that component everywhere.
#3: The worst news is that the most expensive component on the card now costs 3x more than before.
#4: Now a different company will broduce the raw PCB, so there will be some slight modifications, but the work still going on. No change or improvement in functionality planned as no ideas what is missing (but will try to swap the problematic component to an other one)
#5 The "PCB assembly group" still need to be contacted for their price
#6 As a rough estimation, due to the above circumstances the new batch will be 10€ EUR moe expensive, so it will be ~60 EUR + postage (postage cost still need to be checked, it also increased)
