Atari ST connector vs plus/4
I already checked it in the past as I also realized the same pitch.
Atari used the same pitch for the ROM cartridge port, and because it was limited in size (64k?) it was hardly used. Certainly it had much less pins-

Interesting, that ST was Jack Tramiels first computer after plus/4, and seems the only computer in history used the same non-standard pitch.
Plus/4 has much more pins.
In fact i would have troubles to find so many pins on any cables, even including SCSI cables. (I was considering a converter cable for external expansion unit, to use a more standard and available connector.
