Today I finished Tom Thumb, went back to the start of the game and got past the part with the new pikes I could not get past before. I just picked up key 2 and on my way to get key 3 and the game has come to a sad end On top of a ladder is a set of spikes and Tom can't go through the spikes. AHHHh!! Top score of 198000, 28 keys and 13 lives left. I think this is the max you can get as I'm sure I picked up everything along the way. <sniff> Udo Gertz made one of the greatest games and play testing this moster must of been hard work Posted By MIK on 2000-06-14  I'm sure your right. I wish Udo had also made a Tom Thumb 2 or even a Plus4 only version !! Posted By Gaia on 2000-06-14  Just a guess I have the feeling that the three spikes were just laid down all over the place based on an algorythm rather than level design (it would not have been fit in 16k anyway...) I think, that could be the reason you could not get further.
