This came up before, I don't think so.
In terms of diskmags, we only have... Let's see. Lone News and Traffic Jam, neither of them had an issue for 7 years  And of course Club Info. In practical terms, it's the last one... Which is why I've been supporting it as much as I can (some intros or at least a touched up and compressed title screen). We just have to appreciate it for what it is.
Though one option is to add the magazine text and translation ourselves. Who's up for it?
