Im sure i saw this on youtube.
It was a demo with a sort of "twister" like horizontal text-scroller, about a third of the screen in size and i think it was yellow. It was doing all sorts of "twisting" afaik.
I remember being really impressed by it but now ive gone through all the demos i have and its not in there.
Anyone know which demo im thinking of ?

I think it was Metamerism.
I was fully impressed by it's twister that had yellow sides and chessboard pattern inside. I have never seen anything like that before on 8 bit.
And size: exactly one third of the screen.

The twister in Metamerism is very impressive indeed, but thats not the one im thinking of.
This was actually a text-scroller, im not sure if im correct in calling it a twister but i think its a similar effect.
Sort of fake-3d letters that were rotating and scrolling along a horizontal axis ...

Its not beggars, although that fits the description except that its vertical.
Ive watched all the demos in the twister effect list ...
I sure hope i didnt dream this. =P

Skoro is a kind of fan of twisters, and multiple scrollers, maybe check his works.

Nope! Not that one either.
Now ive gone through the first like 6 pages of youtube hits on "commodore plus 4 demo" and can't find it.
Starting to think I'm going insane.

Me too wondered about a C64 trackmo by, e.g., Offence. Anyway, we have our own Plus/4 channel which collects the most notable scene videos, here.
