Well done, though it could be done in the same single file. This should replace the original D64 previously released.
A couple of notes I would p̶o̶i̶n̶t̶ ̶o̶u̶t̶ suggest (for the nth time, unfortunately  )
- $FD40 and $FE80 can stay together all the time, http://plus4world.powweb.com/forum/29208#29210
- (/nitpicking mode on) cleaning completely your D64 release is always a good practice (/nitpicking mode off)
