Well it's in the news already, but here it is: check out the editing page for answers to your editing questions. Aaron: I've made cheats editable, can't wait to see what you can contribute! (Although at this point it looks like you haven't signed up yet - your username is once again "AaronGale".)
To everyone else: have some free time? Have a favourite game? Write some instructions for it! (E.g. what keys are used to control the game, what's the goal of the game, etc.)
Not into games? There are tons of utilities waiting for someone to write some instructions for them...
In general, if you see in the software listing that 'Language' is not entered, that's a good sign that there some work to be done. Download and open the program, things like language and size should be obvious by just looking at it. Probably you can even find out who wrote it... 
Or someone like Luca () could open up the Terror News magazine issues, and connect them to "Terrorists" with the [ add creator ] link  Lots of things to be done.
