Huh, that's pretty cool  What makes it weird is the fact that Manomania is actually a blatant unauthorized rip-off from Astro Plumber
Definitely unusual though, the path taken is usually (some other system) -> C16/Plus4.
There's two more that I know of:
* Kikstart - absolutely brilliant, highly playable game. Sout's C64 version is different though (arguably better). TMR converted the C16 game back to C64.
* Video Meanies: same thing, the original C64 version is bigger/better/different, so Dale converted the C16 game to C64.
