Because of the low interest around the HVTC project, I didn't prepared a public page, but all the files are just here at Plus/4 World 
The TED files are in a folders structure like these:
/feat/tedsound/HVTC/musicians/luca/adventures_in_time_title.prg
/feat/tedsound/HVTC/musicians/degauss/zenith_of_puberty.prg
/feat/tedsound/HVTC/musicians/waugh_ian/battle_star.prg
The relative files with player, which you can run on an emulator, are in a common /player folder:
/feat/tedsound/player/adventures_in_time_title.prg
/feat/tedsound/player/zenith_of_puberty.prg
/feat/tedsound/player/battle_star.prg
