There are about 4 or 5 Plus/4 emulators for the PC, and to be honest, all of them would be equally good to play Savage Island. My personal favourite would have to be YAPE, because of it's built in Monitor and debugging features (not to mention that the author allowed me to help with the actual development  . By the way, we here at Plus/4 World have an emu page too, but it hasn't been updated in quite a while (here it is). You can download YAPE from here. The other very popular emulator would be Minus4, get it from here.
Savage Island part one is here, you can download it. You can also find any other software if you know it's name, just use the search feature from the top menu bar, it's simple and quick.
