BTW such a big animation (20 x 12 characters) could be possible with ~18-20 frames only, just because of memory limitations
Youtube video was around the double number of maximum frames Plus/4 capable of (best case).
But the speed is OK...

Spectrum very good, Plus/4 looked awesome then the C64 looked weak - it should be slower on C64 but it was hard to tell. 
As for the Amiga it should of been an A500 in use.
