 Anyone have DFliConv?

I am testing out some demostuff and need some placeholder graphics for testing.
I know there are native Plus4 painting programs, but the easiest for me would be to take a PC-image (bmp or something) and convert it to a normal Plus4 multicol picture.
I was considering writing a tool to do this, but then I searched here and found that DFliConv (http://plus4world.powweb.com/tools/DFliConv) by Bubis should do exactly what I want.
It seems to take a pc-image as input and can then output in different plus4-formats, and in binary as well - perfect, just link it into my source!

HOWEVER!!! There is no working download for this tool!
I've also tried googling but found no alternative download links.
Anyone have this tool lying around?

Here.
Didn't exactly understand your purpose, but I suggest to give a chance to the fantastic image converter utility included in the plus4emu pack.
