SVS mentioned above that any GEOS disk will do, my impression was that C64 GEOS would count. I have one too BTW  In fact, my guess is that everyone only has C64 versions. Us not having an original GEOS cover on the site means that no-one in this community actually owns a real Plus/4 version.
I'll be honest and admit that I never looked into it seriously. Why would you even need it? Are you actually going to use it to write documents or something?
