That's the link I tried. And all I got was an empty page. And I was logged in. This is really strange because now it works. Though, I thought it brings up programs that have 4 votes and are awaiting a fifth one.
You could hide it in a tavern or a church  No seriously, put it on the frontpage where the polls are. And on the "Top List" page.
