 xu1541 adaptor

hi! i need some help! i've built the xu1541 cable and successfully uploaded the firmware.. and finally installed it into windows.. only the last step is missing now, i need a prepared opencbm with xu1541 support. the dude said, check the cvs of the proggi. i do it already but i can't understand where can i get a patch or whatever to make it useable.

the whole project was f**ing frustrating, spending hours to get the files and everything and after recheck the adapter and replace cable and so on..

i know there was an older topic by me, but i cannot post into it, so there is a new...

He is a VICE developer so you can catch him there I guess. He is a regular on many forums and mail lists.

Sorry I have no such cable (yet), so I guess I can not help at this time.

 Re: xu1541 adaptor

thx Gaia! The only thing i need, the modified version of opencbm which patched already to use with the usb adaptor. its on sourceforge, the author said "download from the CVS" but i cant.. so if anybody can help me download the files from the CVS tree or just select what i need happy would be great..

Maybe this one:

http://opencbm.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/opencbm/trunk/xu1541/

There's a 'Download GNU tarball' link, that is your friend.

 Re: xu1541 adaptor

thx mate, but its only the firmware, the .tar file doesn't contain the opencbm modification.

i'm just over it, uploaded the firmware already and installed the device as "xu1541" usb device in windows.. the last step will be to patch the opencbm to recognize it..

still no luck..
