Oh well, it's not a "problem" in the word's meaning.
Simply, I guessed it would be a quite fine feature, forcing a whole range of colours to be performed as one single +4 palette's colour.
I pointed out this is quite useful in case of red, a weak point for the system. Take as an example, a simple red screen: the converter will use dithering in order to match the exact RGB; instead of that, you could simply force it to be plain +4 palette red, avoiding dithering! We may have a complete list of these "brutal forcing", in a separated window:
- from #888888 to #A2A2A2 -> #$41 (midst gray)
