Maybe it is the summer' sun, but I have an idea to solve the "problem" of missing votes of SW:
Csabo (hi) could link the log-in to a popup window that randomizing prompts one title the user has not voted yet.
The user can vote, exit or choose next one (if he does not remember that SW title).
The prompted SW should "fish" inside the top rated title, say the top 30 of a random category.
What do you think? If all that is "light" (for example exit by an easy ESC), it is possible that users accept and are not annoyed by it... just an idea, anyway

If I got it, you're talking about a "random needing votes software" option.
I also add this opinion: maybe, demos under 16K should have their own toplist.

I really like that idea! (I also thought "Demo of the Day" wouldn't be such a cool idea but in the end it was!)
@SVS: If it *was* the summer sun, it has good effects on you
