Why play by the usual rules? Let's be different and say e.g. 264bytes or ( 16+116+4= )136bytes... something with a meaning to plus/4 sceners 
Are you planning on making the demos accessable as soon as they are uploaded or wait until a deadline and then present all entries after the deadline and subsequently have a voting phase?
